The exposure of your business to audiences in local regional and national travel and tourism markets is a value-added component of being a member of the CVB. Your membership includes presence on the CVB Web site and the Visitors Guide and exposes your business to thousands of people each and every month. Lead fulfillment, which includes rack card distribution, is another excellent way to get your name out to visitors of the area. The CVB e-Newsletter and group tour mailings provide additional exposure to your business.
Promotion
Your local CVB is the communication link between travelers and your business. Through referrals, advertising opportunities and a variety of marketing activities, the CVB informs, influences and persuades potential travels to frequent your business. Our radio program, Talking Tourism, and our online calendar of events are additional means of promoting your business. Through CVB promotional activities our goal is to present information to travelers, increase demand for your product or service and to differentiate Marietta-Washington County as a distinctive destination.
Support
Membership with the CVB provides you the support and the opportunity to participate in cooperative marketing and advertising opportunities, frontline trainings for your staff, educational seminars, and a variety of industry information. Members also have the privilege of using our toll free number for any event at no cost to you. The CVB will field phone calls so you can achieve a successful event.
