There is still space available in the Babysitter Training class.  This American Red Cross course provides participants, ages 11 – 15, with the knowledge and skills necessary for safe and responsible care of children in the absence of parents or guardians.  The Washington County Red Cross will offer this course Saturday May 10, 2008 @ 9:00 am.  Five critical topics addressed in this training include leadership, safety and safe play, basic care, first aid and professionalism.  A fee of $40 will cover materials.  Participants may register by Friday, May 9, 2008 by calling the Washington County Red Cross office at 373-0281.
