The Trillium Piano Trio assembles for the May Concert of The Castle’s Spring Salon Concert Series, Sunday afternoon May 18, from 3:00 – 5:00 PM.  You will be transported to the Age of Elegance through story, music, and food.  The May concert is   “Song and Dance.”

At once the simplest and most elementary examples of musical expression, songs and dances can achieve one of the highest goals of art; the expression of human emotion.  From the stirring settings of romantic poetry by Schubert and Schumann to the exhilaration of motion propelled by the mazurka of Chopin and the furiant of Dvorak, seemingly light entertainments carry the profundity of passion and the wonder of motion.

For reservations please call (740) 373-4180.  Individual tickets for one concert are $15 for adults, $10.00 for students.  Conversations about the composers and their music as well as Victorian refreshments are included.

The Castle is handicap accessible. Handicap parking is in the rear of The Castle.

All other parking is on Fourth or Wooster Streets.
