Roses and laces and beads, oh my!  Queen Victoria and her Prince Albert loved to send hand-fashioned cards to their family and friends.  They spent the dark winter creating intricate, exquisite cards bearing messages of great affection and deep endearment.

The workshop begins with a short slide show presentation of the history of the practice of sending valentines and includes many antique cards to model after.

The Two-hour workshop will include a kit of materials for several valentines. The $8.50 fee includes all materials.  Everyone will take home at least one completed card.

Pre registration is required.  Please call The Castle at 740-373-4180
